Our holiday houses are immersed in the countryside of the pre-oasi area of the Vendicari's Natural Reserve. It is the perfect place for those who love nature (especially birdwatchers), dry but windy climate, red fire sunrises/sunsets, bucolic life, rustic environment and the typical Sicilian food and culture. We have two houses both suitable for families with 2 or more children, and we welcome also pets. The strategic location make the two houses an excellent base for visiting the cities of the Sicilian Baroque (Noto, Ragusa, etc), for windsurfing in the Mediterranean Sea (15 min) or in the Ionian Sea (5 min), for enjoying the exotic beaches of the Vendicari's Natural Reserve.

The pool is 17mt x 7mt, it has a breathtaking panoramic view on the biggest of the salty lakes of the Vendicari Natural Reserve, and every day various species of birds can be observed. From the pool it can also be seen the "Isola di vendicari", the little island that used to be the house of the guardian of the Tonnara, which is also inside the natural park. The pool is shared with all guests and can be used from 7am to 8pm. The solarium space surrounding the pool is also quite spacious, having a +200mt² floor area, and it is itself sorrounded by a large grass field

The entire property extends for a little bit more than 2 hectares, roughly 300mt x 70mt. We mainly cultivate olives, lemons, figs, apricots and almonds. The harvest at the moment is only enough for a small scale consume, but we are more than happy to share the fruits of our land with our guests whenever in excess for our family. Each year we also have a small food garden production, which can include paprika, aubergines, onions, and different aromatic herbs. Each year around the end of September we harvest the olives, and we produce around 200 lt of olive oil,  without using any chemical herbicide or pesticides on the trees.  So if you are our guests during that period of the year you can take part in the harvesting and you can bring home some bottles as souvenirs of the experience!
